Welcome to the North Carolina Central University Alumni Association’s Scholarship Page. The scholarship committee is currently taking time to revise our scholarship application process. As a result, we have changed the application release date for the 2026 – 2027 academic year to April 7th. Please check back for updates.
Please expect the NCCUAA Scholarship application to go live on April 7th. It will close on May 11th.

NCCUAA Scholarship
North Carolina Central University Alumni Association offers scholarships to students at NCCU. The scholarship will vary in amount and may be renewable for up to four years. A majority of the National Alumni Scholarship awards made annually go to incoming freshman, applications are acceptable from any student regardless of classification or academic interest. Recipients of these awards are designated as National Alumni Scholars. All National Alumni Scholars are required to carry a full class load. Current National Alumni Scholars must complete the application above to be considered for receiving the scholarship again.
Roger Gregory Academic Scholarship
The purpose of the Roger R. Gregory Academic Scholarship Program is to assist North Carolina Central University (NCCU) in attracting to its campus outstanding students who exhibit high academic, citizenship, leadership characteristics, and desire to contribute positively to the quality of study and life at the University.
